Friend having problems with his 5 speed civic. Occasionally, will have shaking when accelerating, which can be brought upon sometimes by being in too high a gear for his speed. Turning corner, upon trying to accel from 3rd gear after completing turn, the car will shake. If he presses gas pedal further, the shaking worsens. To correct this, he downshifts, then things are ok.
But, this happens sometimes when he starts from a stop in 1st gear as well.
Up to date with maintanance.
Should he be looking into dizzy/wires/plugs?
Any help would be appreciated
