hey, I was wondering if you can buy a shaved replacement moulding that runs along the middle of the doors for 96-00' civic coupes that is kinda more thinner? I haven't really noticed if there is a product like that or not.

How much does it cost to shave them completely? I mean, it does look good, but I would think that would cost a lot to fill in and then paint over everything. So how much does it actually cost?
he was planning on doing some changes so he didnt mold the kit... the car was actually stolen at a show in jersey... they found it totally stripped.. so hes gonna spend the insurance $$ on some crazy shit..
really?!?!
OOOOH NO....I'm sorry to hear your friend's car got stolen.
i did a photoshop of your friend's car.
i molded body kit to the car.
i also added a little blur to the picture to make it apear a little faster.
what do you think?
i like shaved moldings!
i just don't like other people opening the doors and putting dents in the door.
i notice that on the new preludes....the come from the factor something smooth, but after a year or two of driving and parking in public lots....these beautiful smooth sides get bang up.

hey!!!!
those are pretty cool, but I don't think the make a big enough difference.
when they're on the car, it still doesn't smooth out the side of the car enough.
basically...it still looks like you have door moldings.
but..they're pretty cool
i had no idea there was such a product.

That really sucks that Civic got stolen. It's beautiful. You would think with shaved door handles your car is nearly theft proof but you never know. But yea shaving everything always brings out the body kit more. Everyone tries to touch your ride and feel how smooth it is. But hey those thinner modlings, I've never seen those. They look awesome; I would get those if you wanna go the cheap route.
The shaved mouldings might be something a little unique and subtle, and probably be somewhat cheaper, but i sure would like to see a few pics to complement...
Thanks for all the input.
