Looks pretty good. I personally dont think I would go with that suspension setup though. You should do some searchs and look around in the suspension forums if you havent allready. Those wheels are nice I actually have the volk version, i have heard of the konig version cracking but that was a few years ago. Your car may look sleeker with out that spoiler so make sure you want it before you put holes in your trunk. GL

i dont think skunk2 is as good of quality as they used to be imho. i personally won't ever be buying anything from them. but, that's your perogative.
like vtecaddict said, i've also heard of the heliums cracking, but i believe most of those horror stories came from the 17's, and not the 15's. just to be sure, do your research, see if their process of making them has changed any of the last couple of years, and look for any recent horror stories. personally, from that particular wheels history (and konig's for that matter), i would stay away from that as well, saving a few pounds matters less to me than having my wheel crack for no apparent reason. there are look-alike wheels out there that aren't known to crack/break.

Im looking for a y8 tranny because my 3rd gear sucks.. This is a cheap starting bid, just wondering what you guys think, and if youve had any experience with this seller.
This will fit on my 97 d16 right? And will I need to replace my clutch, or is it all the same? One other question, My TO bearing is going, is there a way to replace just that without changing the whole clutch? I plan on swapping a B in once its built. It will be a year or so down the road so i dont want to get a new clutch if i dont need to.

Should I buy any brand of hyperwhites? Or will it be 'rice' on an unmodded car with the lights being the only change?

I hope this gets some attention
I have a 94 Civic EX and the A/C does not work, it's hot and humid in Pittsburgh(were I live). The clutch is starting to slip, The engine is leaking oil, and the valves sound like crap even after getting them worked on by the Honda dealer, and I am going to be in school for the next 2 years,
I can kinda afford a newer car for about 8 grand and pay it off or get a used JDM D15B for it. I have the money for the engine swap but am not sure it's worth doing seeing that the car is old and has over 158K on it.
Whats your opinion? Please help!!!

So there are two choices? Keep your car and swap in a d15b or buy a new car for $8k? I would find a different used car that is in good working order for cheaper.

Just get the sports...the price difference is worth it for the performance leap. What springs are you using?

they are goldline but one of the other members on here said they called goldline and their spring rates were the same as eibach. they handle and feel really good but i want it to be just a little more stiff in turns. i know that the springs have more affect on that but the shock would definately help out

Well Eibach has difference spring sets...which one is yours like? The easiest way is how much your springs said they would lower your car.

OK, you could get by with the reds but the yellows are always better. They will allow you to get a stiffer ride than the reds.

well i already knew that. i guess i just will wait till my stock struts go out and then replace all of them. i don't want to put the money into it if they aren't messed up if you know what i mean. plus all i've been doing is drag. once i find the autox around here and get into that more i'll invest more to suspension. thanks for your thoughts

Yeah I know what you mean, but I replaced all of my stock suspension and it was still good. You might be able to reduce your acceleration squat on the strip with better shocks but it's not worth it. I don't do autox because there's nothing close but I like to have the handling on the street.
