Should I wait till I get snow to reset ecu?

I am thinking of resetting to see if it help gas mileage out. I haven't done any mods so the car is mostly stock, but I just got the car last year and never thought to reset before. I was wondering if I should wait till it is really cold(snowing) or if it is ok to do it in the fall, if I do it in the fall will be good for the winter. Like the sig says its a 95 civ DX 1.5L, 134,000. Runs Strong .

I don't foresee that helping your fuel economy any. As the weather gets colder you will drop a couple mpg due to the denser cold air bringing more O2 into the motor, thus requiring extra fuel to keep from running too lean. Clean air filter, good clean plugs with proper gap, oil changes at proper intervals (and kept at proper levels in between) and other routine upkeep stuff will do more to make sure you're getting the best mileage.
