Regardless of how many parts are in the system you removed the functionality of it. You could remove the solenoid because IT IS NOT BEING USED and put on a block off plate for all it needs to be there.
Disabling something means it is ready to be used quickly. IE: turn it on with a switch or reconnect the wire to the solenoid. Removed makes it IMPOSSIBLE to activate the item without dismantling the head and reinstalling what was REMOVED.
Removing half or all the parts still presents the SAME result - a non-functioning system that requires major work to restore it's functionality.

hmm...... I now understand where your problem lies. you don't know what the definition for disabled is. go look in a dictionary and word for word show me where it says when you disable something it is ready to be used quickly. show me the definitions that prove your argument. I showed you actual definitions that proved my argument, I wish you would do the same.
I'm actually curious as to why you stepped away from your earlier argument of the army? Did you happen to realize I was correct and now your just trying to find another way that in your mind to try to prove that we are wrong? should I call toda up and have them write an email of what their cams do using removed and disabled? If I do this then will you understand that your definition of disabled is incorrect? Also curious what was the highest level of english that you have completed? 12th? As well as what high school you went to, I may need to call them up and properly bitch them out for the curriculum they provided you was clearly not enough for you to comprehend the context of a conversation, the definitions of words, and how they are to be used.

Maybe the problem here is that you don't seem to get the idea that you are wrong. you just proved our point again. I disabled the car by removing the battery. I disabled vtec by removing the parts that allow vtec to operate. by removing the battery I removed a part that allows the car to operate.
You might need to find a better way to prove us right. By using your own words I can still prove my argument is correct, you cannot.

I'm going to tell everyone who is disabled in a wheelchair that they just need to turn their legs back on wow people like you make me lol. Vtec isn't something you can remove because it isn't something you can physically touch it's a function not an object so that in itself would make "Remove" incorrect. wait why in the hell did i let myself get dragged into this

This is seriously one of the dumberest threads ever Thank you Henry for wasting valuable moments of my life to read your argument on the semantic of removal vs disabling - I love people who argue for the sake of arguing

There is a line between reality and the way you want to read what I have written. Unfortunately you don't want to actually see the reality side of it - the side that most people are on.

Clayton...I was hoping that you were going to say that you had the 7.3L. Those 6.0L engines are the biggest pieces of shit that International has EVER built!!
VTEC on a turbodiesel.....hmmmm.......that might be fun!!!
You're doing better that I did...I had an old '87 with the uber-slow 6.9L non-turbo diesel in it!! Great gearing....WEAK ASSED engine!!

so what you've finally given up? since I have, twice now, proven your argument incorrect by using your own argument?
You're the only one in here arguing for your side of the argument. Maybe we do see the reality side of it and you don't.

Hahaha this whole page makes me laugh..I was beginning to think our boy got the point, but i guess not.
I just graduated, so even 12th grade would be a little too complicated for him. We are talking about grammar, people, grammar. Which goes wwaaay back to the good 'ol days in the 6th grade where driving was a mere dream and recess was still cool.

but i was kinda nice to him. i merely pointed out he had problems comprehending the topic at hand. but i don't think i was mean to him. i try not to resort to childish insults........anymore. it doesn't help the validity of your argument, just makes you seem like a less reliable source.
