Swap Pictures(Project)

As some of you might have read I bought a B18B1 a couple months ago to put in my Civic. I jumped right on it and got some parts for the swap. Tranny and some other stuff..and the heat just got to be to much in the shop I am working in..no A/C and its a metal building so it just heats up bigtime so I postponed the project for a bit..now that it has cooled off I have started back going on it. Got the Dizzy,NGK Blue plug wires,OBX 4-2-1 Header,B20 Valve Cover, etc. Was over today installing the Dizzy and plug wires and thought I would take a couple pictures. Also my dad an uncle bought a lift from there friend and we got the posts set up yesterday..so looks like I will be able to use it when it comes time to pull the D-Series and replace it with a B-Series..should be nice!

B18B1

Picture of the posts for the Lift. We still gotta position them correctly..drill the holes in the concrete and put the Hydralic lines and everything else together.

You know what...To be honest..I bet I will end up doing that..don't know..have to read up on the LS/VTEC threads. At first I didn't care to have VTEC because I wanted the extra Torqe of the Non-VTEC motor...But now everytime I ride with my friend in his Civic Si...my lord I love how that damn thing SCREAMS.

P.S. I am hoping the Torqe difference between my D16Z6 and the B18B1 is gonna be huge..According the the specs the B18B1 has around 21ft/lbs more torqe..don't know how much more thats going to feel like though.

SilverB18, I can't wait!!!

Asianpride,Yep thats me. Thats also your Crank Pulley in the picture :clap. I still gotta get the front belt guide washer, the bolt and the key and then tighten it up. Other things I need is a B-series Starter,IACV,and the arm that the slave cylinder pushes on to actuate the clutch.

I'm just saying an OBX header is a piece of dogshit. I unfortunately know from experience.
