lol, rephrase - the company that the link is for is from japan, therefore you will need to contact someone like inlinefour.com and have them import it for you. The price should be around $450.

by the time you pay shipping you talking some where in the neighborhood of $800+
if you took your time you could buy all the parts needed and come out ahead in the long run

for example...

hood: $157.95
fenders: $62.95+62.95=125.90
bumper: $69.95
headlights: $137.95+137.95=275.90
grill: $45.95
total: $675.65

sourced from http://www.autobodypartsonline.com

with the money left over you could still afford to get paint, or maybe spend a little less buying
after market headlights and an ebay grill, and spend a little more on getting a carbonfiber hood

then you would only need to have the fenders and bumper painted saving more money
and have a nicer looking car

as much as i like the newer civic front end, i don't think it's worth it.

i rather do an Acura EL conversion.
i was actually thinking about it, but the cost was just too much for me. being a college boy, i need to be careful with my money.
i did some research and even aftermarket pieces were expensive considering my entire front end would be replaced, plus the trunk lid.
it also difficult to get parts because they're canadian.
shipping alone would have cost me an arm and leg.

oh well....no acura el conversion for me.

i think that converting ur 98 front end into the 99 one is one of the stupidest thing that pp came up with. y would anyone want to spend $500+ for something that will look the same?? i would understand if u crashed ur front end n you would need to re-do it or if u had money to burn.

i bet if u had a 98 civic n a 99 civic coupe same color stock parked next to each other and u asked any random person to take a look at it i bet %80 of them would say they are the same!

buy hey like i say if u got money to burn go ahead n start burning them.

PS can someone show me how the EL looks like? i think i saw it b4 on a civic n i tought it was a civic with an accord front end. but i campared it with and accord, the real accord lights looks bigger and it was 2 peice.

you mean $450 at dragunracing for JUST the front bumper

if so, that's ridiculous!!! when my GF crashed her 99 civic and we had to get a replacement bumper, we went to a honda DEALER cause she wanted OEM and got it for $399!

now if they sell ALL the components needed for that conversion for only $450 that's different
but i'd go to www.autobodypartsonline.com cause dragunracing isn't OEM either...
