tranny
i have a 97 hondacivic ex and my tranny is about to blow. and i found a d16z6 tranny i was wondering will that tranny fit into my car.i know mine is a d16y8 or y7 what ever it is. will it have the same gear ratios as my tranny? thanks

The d16z6 is from a 92-95EX...

Either one will work with your motor...They have the same gears, and will fit.
