trany problims

i put a new motor in my del sol and i ned new shift linkge but i cant figure out how the shift linkge of the trany ??????? if any one knows how it comes off plese tell me right call me if you can on my cell 401-2945 ask for brett

sorry guys i had my buddie on here typing this for me lool and he cant spell or listen. what is goin on is iput the new motor in but the shifter linkage needs to come off the trans, one of the rods unbolts and the other seems to be right in the tranny, i cant seem to figure out how the rod that goes into the tranny acctually comes out. any help would be great need this thing goin asap.

if you pull away the little rubber boot from the shift linkage on the tranny you will see a pin the goes through the linkeage you need to get a ring pin punch and knock the pin out and the the linkeage will seperate from the tranny.

ok great thanks... also i need to know something. when i put the motor outta my 93 civic in my del sol which cars chifter linkage do i use the one that came outta the del sol or outta the civic?
