Not really any sensors involved in starting that would care about temperature. Makes me wonder about the battery. How old is it? How long has it had this problem? Did it have it last winter as well? Might not have enough CCA (cold-cranking amps). Just a guess.

nope ,not the battery and it does have sensors one i think is called a tw sensor and another that is in the intake air boot...there is something that controls cold starting ...i will find it eventually,i was hopeing someone had already addressed this problem to save some time...

I'm not sure of there being any sensor that would affect the starting of vehicle due to temperature changes...But all of my vehicle are hard-to-start when it's cold out (I live in Ohio and we usually see single digits and negative number for a few months in winter)...Have you tested the amount of anti-freeze in your car (if not an anti-freeze tester is only like a dollar and be picked up anywhere)? It could also be your battery...I know that when the temperatures around here got to the point of below freezing and stayed that way for a week or so that I had to switch the oil being used in my Blazer (the owner's manual gave a chart, temperature-what type of oil should be used). You may want to look into that also. But for 30 degrees you shouldn't have to do that (I wouldn't think so anyways).
