Try doing a search, there's a lot of info on LS/VTEC. It's not always the most reliable option, but while it lasts it does make a lot of power all across the rev range.

I have a 94LS. I'm going to go with pistons, rods, and other stuff that has to come off anyway. Then I'm going boost. If you want power, why not go all the way.

Yeah I hate it when people spend $3k+ on a turbo and then only boost like 7psi because they have stock internals. 7psi is nothing.
