Yup. I swapped a 93 onto my 90. Easy as pie. just make sure you get the metal support for it. I only swapped the cover and we had to shave the shit out of the styrofoam insert.

Correct. http://www.g2ic.com under teg tips is your friend. I shall close this its easy I've done it lugnutRS has done it give him a PM if you must for a how to. mine is held on by the 3 screws at the front center under the hood between the headlights and 2 screws at the corners of the bumper into the fender fits fine and looks much better than that 90-91 bumper.
