94 rs with intake and exhaust

Right now i have an AEM short ram intake and tanabe g power medalion exhaust on my car. I really wanna run high 14s without spending a lot of money. What could i do in order to run high 14s with no more than 800 more dollars invested? I know headers and a cat would help out, but would i be in the 14s?

Yup, that's about all you can do to go that fast with such little money.

How about for less than $1500? I really don't wanna run nitrous if it is possible. N/A IS THE ONLY WAY haha

with $1500 you could get a VTEC head.

i really don't wanna do a new head, how about port and polishing my engine??? Someone told me u get like 40hp at the wheels from doing that??
