94 teg auto problem!

i get this rattle sound when i first start my car in the morning and when iam btwn 1500-2000 rpm...... i heard about the heat shield problem and i think it might be that? if so could somebody tell me how to take it off? thx. is it safe to take off?

Yeah its probally your heat shield. I have the same problem im just lazy to take it off. Its not hard to take it off at all I think its just a couple of 10 mm bolts and it comes off. Not bad for your car at all .
