Unhappy adj.cam gears....... help!

wassup everyone! i'm new to the whole seen, and i need some help. i got a 96 teg ls non-vtec and today they installed aem adj. cam gears and pulleys, and maybe for some strange reason the idling is all screwed up. feels like it's gonna turn off.
is this normal? and or what should i do?
please help....thanks.

OOPS

It sounds to me like they may have skipped a tooth when they put your gears in. It happens more than you think, I did it myself a couple weeks ago. You will need to find top dead center on your crank pulley, line it up with your guide on the timing belt cover(lower), and both cam gears should have little notches in them that line up pointing towards each other between the gears. It's hard to explain, you had better get a manual, or take it back to a shop if you paid for them to be installed. Good Luck.
