I just got a new ecu (computer at the foot of the front passenger). When I installed it, the red light blinks 13, and the check engine light turns on. What does that mean and how do I fix it?

what kind of ecu is it if its a p28 than u could be throwing a vtec selenoid code be check the code than u will know
