i took out the factory cd player so i could start putting in my system from my previous car. I wired it all correctly but the problem is that each time i eject a cd the antenna goes down and when i put a new cd in the antenna goes back up... the head unit is a Pioneer DEH-9200R and the instructions say that the antenna wire is the blue one which is also the remote wire for the amp's.. is there any way to stop this from happening. It just bothers me to see it going up and down each time i change cd's.. my old car had a fixed antenna so I did not have this problem before.

just do an s2000 antenna conversion, and you wont have that 6 foot pole sticking out of your car anymore, and its stationary.

Yeah, like rufus said, do the conversion. With the conversion kit and mast, it's only like $35. Mine should be here any day now.

Yeah, Rstor was his name (not sure about the capitals). I forgot where to get the antenna itself (friend ordered it for my birthday, I forgot where I told him to get it), but if you do a search for "S2000 antenna" on this site (should come up with the "I hate my antenna!" title) you'll find everything you need to know.

go to your honda dealer, they're only 20-30 bucks. you only need the mast. and then buy the kit, or go to www. bseries.net and you will find instructions there.
