Auto to Manual

Im doing a manual swap, because i dont wanna go out and purchase a new car. So i was wondering what i would need off the top of your heads to help me out.

i have a 99 LS but blew my block so i put a GS in it, got it from the junkyard. im looking to make it VTEC, i have other mods im going to do but if i would love help from anyone possible.
