Only difference between B18A and B18B heads is like 1 degree difference on the camshafts. Thats about it. And for your info, No Honda cylinder head will ever outflow a honda VTEC head. Any more info on what you're thinking about building the car for?

I don't have headflow numbers but I do have a complete LS head in excellent condition if you're interested.

Might be easier to contact the Honda head porters out there. I know Alaniz has head flow rates for the VTEC motors. try emailing him. He might have some specs handy for ya.
