I have a ? about putting in stage 2 zex cam shafts in my stock b18b1 head...will it be safe to do that if i only take it to redline to 7000 and not go past that. I never realy take it up that fare any way so is it all right on my stock head??? thanks guys
What are the specs on the cams? And as a side note, how much do they cost? They're regrinds, and seeing how billet Crower cams are only $350/pair I've never thought it was worth it to go with anything else.

They should have the specs for the cams on their website, go get em and post them up. I used to have a list of every non-VTEC cam in production and their specs, but it's on my old computer which is now dead.

I have a couple friends that have cams on their stock heads, and they are all fine. And they are quite happy with the results. One question i had for them and they didnt know Is should they also get new valve springs?

It depends on the specs of the cams and the redline you're going to be using. We know his redline (stock 7k), now we're just trying to find out the cam specs.
