Anyhow, here is a High CR with JRSC dyno plot:
Just look at how flat that torque curve is!

This is on a 11:1 CR B18C1 and 6psi boost on an M62 blower.

--eagle rods
--6psi JRSC
--aem ems, v1.03
--450cc/min DSM injectors
--stock 1.8L displacement
--2.5" exhaust, with cat
--SRI
Of course results would be different on a M45 blower which the non-VTEC and SOHC motors uses. I have not seen 200whp on any M45 blowers yet. Close but no cigar.
In the end, your end goals are what determines if its worth it to you or not.
