B20/Vtec Supercharged questions

Ok this my question, but first my setup b20b block with eagle rods, JE pistons(com:10:5:1) Block guard. jdm 2nd gen b16 head with crower double valve springs, retainers, valves. Jdm Type r Cams, aem cam gears, stage 1 port and polish 5 angle valve job. Jackson Racing Supercharger on 9 lb's. Now my question is , Me and my good friend put the block together. our selfs. the block had 50k miles on it. So we took out rod journals and lubed it up good but put them back, The crank wasnt blue printed or balanced, cause it was never pulled out of the block. so i just left it like that i then mated the head and block with arp head bolts. Now Its time to drop it and im afraid cause everywhere i read all about blue printing and balancing crank. Am i running a Risk, or is it a sure thing that my block will blow. Any Inputs will be greatly appriciated. Also what kind of whp would you consider this setup having? With 390 cc injectors, walbro fuel pump, aem fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator and skunk 2 chipped p28 for turbo set up and thrust piggy back. Type r tranny.? Thanks. Sorry for the story i just want to be on the safe side.

You could have checked to see if the crank was balanced when you had the pistons out. All you had to do was spin the crank. If it spun free and you didn't have to jerk it then it was fine. Having it blueprinted and balanced is a very good idea. Checking it could save you money later on if the crank is messed up.

I think as long as you're only spinning that engine to 8k you'll be fine... as long as you toss that ecu into chip into the trash can and get a Hondata and dyno tune that sucker! Don't spare in that area when you've gone for it in others. Good luck.

Thanks guys. ill try to get a hondata but i need to save up right now. So ill have to stay with the ecu. For now ill make sure i put the step 2 to rev at 7900rpm since the ecu doesnt have rev limiter. Thanks again, Any more input would be great. Another thing, how much does blueprinting and balancing the crank would normally run me? and How much whp do you guys estimate my setup to have? with hondata and tuned
