Alright so basically

I am gettin REALLLLLL CRAP MPG

i went through half a tank in a day

and i barely drove maybe like 40 miles

and there is half a tank

I got a 1994 Integra LS
ups are headers exhaust intake

i was thinkin maybe a new oil filter
or something

what do yall think?

replace spark plugs, plug wires, get a fuel injector cleaner that you can add to your gas tank and see how that plays out. when you get your plugs, make sure they're gapped correctly. check your tire pressures and make sure they're not running low. finally, take it easy on the gas pedal. you should be back to normal.

why the hell are would you change your oil filter? might as well change oil and filter together.
