Best motor for my Car???

wat do u guys think is a good swap to go into a 90 integra GS?? i juss about save enough for a new motor n wen i say enough i mean enough now i juss dont kno wat motor would be best..... i juss want it fo racing n also daily drivin.... so yea plz tell me ur suggestions n reccomendations ill appreciate it very much! thanks :byye

My friend just got his cr/vtec and it actually has an itr head. and that thing has some torque. On top of that hes pitting his 175 shot back in.

k20 head has better flow than the k24 head, resulting in more HP

yup id have to say go with the K24 block and the K20 head every one is doing it right now and it is the best thing going. Also dosent the K20A have 24 different seting for vtec where as a B series only has like 4 am i right ?

Skunk 2's new rsx drag car is a k24 block with the k20 head-- ask them, they run pretty fast. I think their motor made 350ish hp naturally aspirated with maybe 2.6l of displacement? Correct me if i'm wrong, it was a while ago that i read about it. But if you built it for turbo lovin, 500+ hp should be easily obtainable. But you're probably not even serious about this-- the k24block/k20 head is going to cost at least 15k for the full swap alone, probably more in the 20-25 range to be realistic
