Best offset on Integra

Right now I have some 17x7.5 Ace Alloy Spades with +42 offset on a '95 Acura Integra GS-r, and want to goto a 16" wheel (probably Rota).

Question: What would be the best offset to really fill the wheel
wells ??

Opinion: Best 16" wheel, JDM-ish

I like Rota slips in Sports Bronze, I plan to get those for the teg in a little bit, JDM front with a bronze rims on a white car..yum! As for off set I don't quite know that answer, I used to think 45, but I'm not so sure nowsince those are mostly foe 17-18s. I dont' want to lead you the wrong way.

+40mm should be fine for a 16x7 wheel with 205/45-16 tires.
