Road Cone Best oil?

i currently use castrol syntec 10w-30, but i seem to always be low on oil. is there anything i can do? or a better oil for a b18b1? i hear that synthetic oil is better. and it does fide its way out of anything. just a question, if anybody has some hits that would be great.

I use mobile 1 full synthetic 5w 30.

Be aware that you cant switch to synthetic if your motor has high miles.

having low oil means either your leaking it somewhere or your burning it somehow. it makes no difference with that with respect to the type of oil.

Im usually low because my oil pan has a small leak where it was tapped for a turbo return line. Its good oil, ive never had a problem with it.

If your low on a non vtec motor, your either burning or leaking. Vtec motors tend to use a little when hitting vtec, but thats normal.

There are definetley better type's of oil in my opinion, but the type you run should be your choice based upon ur experience with it and your driving habits/needs. just my opinion. everyone has their own preference on oil.
