brakes?

alright i dont know if this is gonna make any sense.. but for a little while now right before my car comes to a complete stop you can feel the brakes let out for a sec then they catch again and you can hear it.. only when im about to a dead stop, abs light isnt on, fluid is full. so im not really sure what it is?

meconfu5ed is an unknown quantity at this point
open your hood and try to pull the fuse for your ABS. The ABS light will come on when you drive. The problem will most likely go away. If it does- then the problem is most likely one of your vehicle speed sensors activating the ABS as your car comes to a stop because the computer thinks one will is locking up.

alright tryed that, still is doing it, a friend was teling me it could be air in the lines, or possibly dirty brake fluid and i needed to change it

Yeah, try bleeding the brakes. Or completly flush the brake lines. See if that doesn't help any. How are your pads?
