I think 13's can be achieved but that will require alot of engine work. It would be better if you either purchased a b20 block or resleeve your current one and get 85mm pistons. As for the head, taht is up to you. Good luck.
Yes you can get into the 13's. Just do your homework about your set-up.
Try something like this. A JUN 2.0 Stroker Kit, JUN Stage III cams and valve train, JUN ECU, JUN Header and Exhaust, JUN Ultra-Light weight flywheel, ACT clutch, Skunk2 Intake, 64mm TB and a LSD. This will get you in the mid to high 13's. You say that’s' all. Well when I saw the car do it I was a disappointed but when you factor in that it is running completely stock suspension it makes sense. 220 to the wheel with stocks springs and shocks what are you going to do. Once this car gets a good suspension low 13's and with slick or drag radials maybe high 12's. Plus it has a full interior. It's not cheap but not $10000.

YES you can run 13's with a well setup N/A But, on Slicks NOT Street tires.
You guys always ask these questions and everyone completely forgets about TRACTION, TRACTION, TRACTION!!!
When you get to the 200 WHP marks which is where 13's are possible when driven right. You will NEED an LSD, new motor mounts and Drag Slicks otherwise you will be Spinning.
Gearing also plays heavy in the 1/4 mile times.
Read up man, IT can be done AND it has been covered before.
