Carbon Fiber Hoods
Does anyone know a good, trusted, site to buy a carbon fiber hood for an integra? Thanks. (And I dont think I want a stock looking hood like the current integra has...I want a lil..."pazaz" on it)..or something.
Something like this maybe http://www.seibon.com/pdut_detail_pic.asp?ItemID=20

IMO, unpainted carbon fiber looks dumb, so whatever you do, paint it

I hope you have a turbocharger to go with that hood, unless you're going for all show.

I dont understand? ...why do we get the cfh if we're going to get it painted? ..aside the fact of weight. I want to get one for my teggy too..at first i thought it looks ricey on white, but if u do it right, (depending if u have a kit, wat kind and if u have one at all) it looks pretty damn sweet. It would look nice the way it looks, not painted, or else just paint ur hood a different color.

there is one reason to go to a cf hood IMO, and that is for the weight reduction... i just dont like it when the hood color doesnt match the car... i could care less whether it looks like cf or not... if it makes the car lighter...
i would rather have the entire car match in color... its a style thing, and i'm just giving my opinion

I agree wit u there too, thats why im hesitant to get one for my white integra but on the same line i think it looks good both ways but one benifits more than the other. The thing that bothers me is dropping 500 for a good cfh. I dont see the real praticallity of that for street purposes. 500, i can do a lot with that. Like paint my hatch back.
