Look like wrist bands. They are used to keep sweat off of your hands when you are working out

if you run the car hard it'll make sure the fluids won't go all over the place...

i have a set on mine.

personally all you have to do is get wrist bands from hot topic and call it a day lol

they keep ur engine bay clean of any fluids that might leak out. Not extreamly functional but some ppl like them i guess.
