crvtec not making top end power

for my b20b vtec, just installed jun 3's. i'm using 108 degrees cam setting but the engine's very reluctant to rev past 7500rpm.
this set-up supposedly should be able to rev happily up to 9500rpm & makes about at least 200+whp, no sweat! but mine has shit like top end

tried to advance 3 degrees intake & retard 2 degrees exhaust. but still to no avail in power making past 7500rpm.

compression is 11.6:1, bottom end fully balanced & lightened. ecu is fine, its custom obd1 program. head ported, jun racing valve-springs, 330cc injectors & upgraded fuel pump.

my car have just about everything, but isn't making power...

please advise me what to do....

Oh shit, I thought if built properly you could rev to about 9k rpm. There is some dude on clubsi.com from Texas that has a b20 block with GSR head (I think) Port and polished by Endyn ( running JUN Stage 3s with 12.1 Compression pistons (again, I might be a little off) and I am almost positive he said he revs to 9k rpm. He runs high 12s and is running about 215 hp @ the wheels. How is that possible?

Tuan, yes, Mingchi96/ Jimmy. I had a memory lapse before. I remember reading posts from a while back, and thought he revved to 9k. What if anything, would need to be done to rev to 9K? Or would it not even make sense to rev to 9K because of power falling off before 9K?

the injectors are 2.2L prelude's. i've been revving way past 9k, actually i've revved up to 9.8k one time with crower 63402 cams.

but my mechanic f**k-up this time, and couldn't find the problem.

actually, when i just installed jun3's at stock degrees, the power's great but didn't last for a few laps. the intake valves hit the pistons, actually barely, causing a compression leak at the intake valves.

when replaced the valves, everything got f**k up.

the ecu is still the same before the valves got bent, makes great power then, why shouldn't it now. don't think its a fuel problem.
