alright well goin on the normal routine to get some gas ... come back out to the car starts up very sluggish though turned over a few times and kinda struggled and sputtered but started... i make it to the redlight then i rev it up to about 2k just to see if it would idle right and it just died... took about 2min to start the damn thing and it was veryyyy boggued down sounding when it started and struggle alot, pulled over in parking lot.. then it just wouldnt start after that... went and got a new battery, that didnt do a damn thing. Recently had new plug wires, coil, and distrubutor put on about a month ago. Any ideas guys?... maybe coil went out again, maybe alternator, possiblye fuel filter??

sounds like a blown headgasket... Now it MAY NOT be your head gasket before someone says i'm a moron for suggesting that... BUT if you did indeed blow the gasket then your cylinder would slowly start leaking fluid into the block and it would start running like ass and once it finally can't burn the water and coolant anymore it will die and not start back... Just to see try pulling out your plugs and turn the motor over. If a whole shit load of water and stuff blows out the top, BINGO... if not, you wasted maybe 15 minutes.

yeah it wouldnt hurt to take off a spark plug just to check. You dont want to damage your engine anymore. What year teg is it?

or to check to see if you have a blown headgasket i would recommend use an airhose and put it in where you add oil and unscrew your radiator cap and see if there are any air bubbles coming up in your radiator .
alright well fuck i just remembered something i checked my oil awhile back... and i thought it was kinda akward how it was more oil in it than before like someone had filled it up so im like wtf... didnt think much about it.... could this be anything??
one more thing i might add... it had been idling really low lately like for the past few weeks... and at a stop it would kinda sputter really really low though almost couldnt hear it.. it did that not often but sometimes
im thinking possibly fuel filter, and maybe clogged cat because it sounded really rough underneath my car when i tryed to start it like just really chopped up but i dunno for sure

because if water or moisture had gotten into the gas tank it would rust the tank and ruin the fuel pump causing it to studder and eventually go
