Exclamation did my car get hydrolocked????????

hey guys the other day i passed throught this small river and then all of a sudden my car just turned of and wouldnt start cause the starter wouldnt work so i got a new starter and today i put it on and it looked like it wanted to crank but it still wouldnt so me and my dad got a wrench and tried to turn the crank over so we did that but only the 2 middle pistons moved up and down and the one in the corners didnt and after a while of moving them it wouldnt turn again..sodo u thnk my rods got messed up ....cause somebody told me that the clutch might be stock

Pull your plugs and crank the motor. I wouldnt be suprised if you threw a rod.

the only way you would bend a rod if you were at high rpms the same thing happend to me you just have moisture in the cylinders you just have to dry them out.

i checked the oil the same day and it was all good but is juct the 2 corner pistons that dont move up or down..is it because theres moisture in there ..cause i took all the water out of the pistons....i tried cranking it but it wouldnt ..so if i threw a rod it should be inside the engine right cause i dont see anything that came out of the block

thats weird because when you suck in water the spark cant ignite. Now you could of messed up the rods if there was alot of water there and you kept tryin to start it.

I have seen some vehicles (toyota 3.0's mainly) that will throw a rod at the first time you turn the key. . Hopefully the engine held up.

So you tried cranking it with the apark plugs out? if so, I would say you blew 2 rods, on those cylenders, or something else along those lines.

hey guys i opened up the oil pan and two rods did brake they were hanging to the crank???thanx anyways...
