do all dc2's have abs?
did any model of the dc2 come without abs?

Yes, I believe the RS does not have ABS.

So the answer would be yes- all DC2's have ABS.
The LS/RS/GS models are DC4's. The RS did not have ABS.

All LS's are DC4's.
Unless you had a GSR/ITR body with a B18B in it.
If your title says LS/RS/GS, then your VIN says DC4.
