Does a Vafc vtech controller work for 2000 GSR

Hey whats up I have a 00 Gsr and tried to install a vtech conroller on it but when i got all done the check engine light kept flashing and the car just didn't except it and ran really slow. Does anyone know why it would do that, i tried to use the 99 diagram since Apexi does not have the 00 diagram out for integra GSR. If anyone can help please reply thanks.

the 99 manual should be the same for the 00 gsr. the only electrical type change from 99 to 00 is the immobilization system i believe... why not go to a tuning shop and see what they say about it?

Well I did some research already and found out that the rpm wire is also off in the diagram, By saying immobilization system do you mean the VTM wire or which one are you talking about? Is there anyone that knows where on the interent would be a good place to find a pinout on a wiring diagram for a 00 ecu thanks.

Mine is working fine on a 00 GS-R. Download the updated diagram from the apexi website.

This might be a dumb question, but did you program the VAFC to the stock settings. In the manual it shows you how to program a few parts of the VAFC before you even start to the car. Just wondering if you did this?
