Driving with FPR Vacuum Line Un-hooked
So the main bolt (nipple) from my B&M FPR just snapped as I was gently tightening the nut for my big road trip tomorrow. Half is still in, so the Fuel Pressure has not changed, so I'm fine in that regard. I removed the vacuum line, and am now just running it with the open vacuum, as many people do.
Now, any long term issues if I drive 1600 miles with the FPR vacuum un-hooked? I also taped off the teeny hole in the FPR screw so nothing can get in there until I get a new FPR.
Comments?
Thx.
