the greddy e-management

really want to no which has the better overall out of the 2? the tuner that i am looking at has a gd rep so thats ok.

Depends on what you have done to your car. I wouldn't get a management unit for a car thats not either semi-built n/a (w/ cams, pistons, etc.) or turbo. It just isn't really a thing you get for gains on a stock or mostly stock car.

So please inform us on your setup and/or plans for your car.

Like posted above, Hondata would be the way to go. As far as gains, I can't really tell you. It depends on the tuner and how he tunes it, but your car will definitely idle better and run better.
