ECU QUESTION

I was thinking about buying a 94-97 integra, cuz I like that bodystyle better than the 98-01, but i was wondering...say I buy a 97 gsr, whould it be worht it to get a 95 ecu, so that it would be obd-1? Is that I all I would have to do to chnage it? I heard the obd-1 gsr's put down more power. Or should I just leave it.
I've seen articles where the obd-1 putsa down like 150 and obd-2 puts down like 135. Is this true?
