Exclamation Electrical Issues. need help asap!!!!!

I drive a 92 integra with a B16A1 swap in it. Ive had no prior electrical problems besides cruise control.

I was working on my underglow, wiring it into the car and wiring it to the switch. i found a constant source about 6 inches behind the driver side knee bolster and T tapped onto it. when i went to hook it up the switch i might have shorted it on the bare metal knee bolster. and when i went to hook the wires up to the switch i couldnt get the continuity right at first (OFF turned the underglow on and ON turned the underglow off). so I might have thrown power to a ground source or ground to a constant source. None of the fuses in the car are blown and all the fuses under the hood are fine. 12 volts on all of them. checked them with a meter. nothing in the car works. no power at the key. nothing. no lights, no switches, no interior power what so ever. so i think it might be a fried relay or a fried main fuse. i need some advice on where to go from here. The wires never got hot and there was no pop or blown fuse. no melted wires either. Please help

sounds like you hooked up the wires on the switch wrong if off is on, reverse the 2 wires. Then you have another problem you must of blown a fuse somewhere. i doubt it is the ecu because even with the ecu out of your car you can still have lights.

maybe it was god punishing you for putting neon lights on your car! i'd check the fuses and then pull that underglow kit out and sell it.
