engine tune up at 90K, any additional parts?

Hello, my car has 82,000 miles rite now on my 96 GSR. Though i am getting the financial aid refund check, I would like to take advantage of that to get my engine tune up at the mechnical shop or the dealership (if i can afford it). I have list the following thing that i thought should get replace. If there is anything not on the list that i should get replace, please post. If there is anything on the list that necessary do not need replacment, please post. i wonder if everything will cost about 1000 or below? I never work inside the motor before and i dont think i will cuz i'm scared. Please do not post if u think it is easy to work on those cuz i'm not goin to work on those.

water pump- oem
tensioner-oem

fuel pump- walboro 195?

all belts- oem
timing belt
drive belt
a/c belt
power steering belt
alternator belt

all seals- oem
lower crank seal

oil ring seals

all gaskets- oem

i might do the hondata intake manifold gasket

should i replace the intake and exhaust valve or just do the valve adjustment?
