The black side moldings are hard to do, a lot of shops won't even do them for hte mere fact that they don't hold paint very well on them. Most people from waht I've read either 1. Remove them and bondo the holes and paint or 2. Sand them down some and then paint.
You should also run a serach in the Exterior forum because this has been talked about several times.
