flooding in driver side floor??!! help

Hey...i've been desperate now..my car gets flooded whenever it rains but only on the driver side floor....well..the trunk used to get flooded too but i fixed that (taillights probs)....guys..anywone know wha might cause this..any idea is appreciated cause i' m really really desperate.....
some info: i have some audio equipment and i had a wire running through the firewall in the engine bay..i thought water comes in through there but i closed it and it still floods......need ideas guys;.....

try taking some silicone, and sealing around those wires(and any other wires that u put through the firewall) that run through the firewall, my cuz had the same problem, and we thought the same thing, how did it get if its under the hood, but after we sealed it the water was gone forever!! give it a try...worse case thats not it, and u keep searching....

I've heard of the trunk getting flodded because of leaks from the sunroof, check the sunroof to make sure it isn't coming from there.

There is an air vent below the wiper cowl on the front of the car that has a hole for air ventiliation. Check that.
