Mine are stripped too. You cant push really hard and get them to turn?

I had one that I couldnt get off- I took a cuttin wheel and cut a notch in it and used a flathead screwdriver to get it to turn. Try that- but replace it afterwards.

I've delt with completely stripped screws with a drill. just take a nice drillbit and go right down the middle of the screw, and it should crack into two pieces and just fall out. Just make sure you have replacement screws ready to go.

The problem with this is if it doesnt crack in half. You have to move to a bigger bit, and risk ruining the threads. You can use a reverse tapping bit to back it out though.

yeah, go get one of those stripped screw removers from your hardware store. it helps to have the right tool for the job. one side burnishes the screw and the other side is a reverse thread remover, just push the drill down but in reverse, and it will back out

I know you've already solved the problem, but just a few more ideas:
-Vise grips around the outer edge of the screw
-Use a brand-new fresh screwdriver and rubber glove on your hand so you can get maximum pressure and torque (something us Honda guys don't know much about... )
-Don't they have screwdriver tools where you can hit it with a hammer and it turns the screw at the same time?
