I think it might be the clutch. every time i switch gears it's either hard to put in or in grinds like hell!!!!! I'm guessing it's thee clutch never had a TEG and don't know is it suppose to be like that. ohh by the way i push in the clutch with my toes to the end. because if i don't it wont go in gear.
And are these parts anygood rate ea one from 1-10. Thanks for helping me out.
it sounds like it is the clutch. and on those parts you have listed, i cant even rate them due to the fact i have no personal experience with them. i wouldnt trust them just because i know they are "off brand" (or i just might not of heard of them). but hey, thats just me and my opinion.

i have those headers. It wasnt an OEM fit, so Had to be creative with the welder. I went thru a few puddles, and each time it gets wet, the "stainless steel" turns a really dark color. I have water spots all over it. It made a huge differance in power, if that what you want. Im upset about it loosing color, but hey, mine is not a show car.

Just be careful with coating any kind of header. If it's a crap piece to begin with, keeping any of the heat in and coating it in a material of any significant conductive/convective heat transfer coefficient will probably crack the header.
