Gear not coming out

I have a 1994 LS.

If I'm in 4th, or 3rd (or any gear for that matter), sometimes when I'm coming to a stop, I'll downshift. BUT, sometimes the gear will not come out unless I rev the car up a little.
(I'm not talking about it NOT going into the LOWER gear. It won't come out of the gear that I was in. YES I am pressing the clutch all the way down).

If I come to a stop in 2nd, sometimes after I've stopped, the gear will not come out of gear unless I rev it up a little bit, even if I'm at a complete stop.

Any ideas?

That's a problem that is hard to diagnose from a distance. Your shift forks could be bent.

Clutch might need adjustment? I know it's not going bad... it has less than 20k on it... I had a new one put in last year.

Should I take my clutch to the guy that does all my upgrade work on my car? Or should I take it to a transmission specialist?

sounds like your throwout bearing is going out, hopefully your clutch is ok BUT you might be experiencing the infamous problem with integra clutches where a spring pops out or siezes up and screws it all up, also check in your footwell up where the clutch pedal assembly meets the firewall for any black/brown fluid....if you find some your clutch master cylinder needs to be replaced and that might fix your issue.

Is there any way to check if this bearing is out without taking my clutch assembly apart?

have a transmission specialist check this puppy out - sounds like the linkage beteween gears or the forks could be jacked up a little. I'm thinkin its not your clutch though, sounds more like transmittion to me.
