god damn shift boot

well basiclly after i put in my short shifter, the boot just fell to the bottom and wont stay up...why??? how did it stay up b4 and what exactly can i do 2 make the boot stay up?

yep, its whats on there now, i dont even wanna change it, i like how it looks and feels, duznt get hot in summer, duznt get cold in winter, but yea i got it

was that rubber pc. still there?. also just take some elec. tape pull the boot down wrap the tape around the shifter where you want the boot to stay then pull the boot over the the tap it will hold it up nicely

my short shifter shortened the throw and length, so the boot fell, but the shifter's so short it doesn't look like it did. lol :clap

it should stay up if you hook it to the shift knob correctly. if i remember right that's all taht holds it up.

the throw is a lot faster. i can shift with the flick of my wrist.
