AllMotorBeast is an unknown quantity at this point
gs-r head vs. b16a head...

could anyone tell me the difference with a gs-r head and a b16a head? which head you think is better and why? i see alot people debating about this subject but never found out the answer......hopefully you guys could help.

Let me save you alot of trouble. If i don't say it somebody else will. Do a search first because it has been covered millions of times but hey I will help you out. It all depends on what you're trying to build. click here for a good thread on this This thread should deffinetly help you in what your trying to do as it was a great discussion. By the way I had the same question about the heads since i had a jdm b16 head and wanted to put it on my gsr but I decided against it as I would be losing power instead of gaining it. Gsr head is better for a gsr block.

GSR Pent-roof combustion chambers will yield a higher compression ratio than a B16 head on the same block. GSR's have dual intake runners on the intake manifold with butterflies valves that open up at a particular point. But its been covered, go with whatever head you want. oh and here this might help

gsr has higher combustion
B16 flows better
on a daily driver, I doubt youd notice the difference

fuck yes.....seriously...dude in like 6 months i hope to buy a DA ls...then in like 6 more months after that ill be going vtec :w00t fuck i cant wait, in fact i think ima go whore myself just to make the cash faster! dude i though i had it all figured out to.. get a b16 head with the ITR intake many. but shit seeing that makes me want the GS-R head and intake now..... dammit...oh well i got like a year to decide!
