gsr brake rotors

does anyone have a diagram on how to take my gsr brake rotors off with the ebrake cable and everything?

i thought the ebrake cable was connected somewhere to the rotors mayb i was wrong sorry but anyone have a diagram

Yeah... rotors are the big things that look like CD's. Youre thinking of a caliper. The caliper holds the brake pads and has the ebrake hooked up to it.

To take off the rear calipers, there are two bolts holding it on. Actually, there are two sets of two bolts, one is 14mm one is 17mm. If youre just changing the brake pads, take off the two 14mm bolts. If you need to remove the entire caliper, the 17mm ones are the ones you need. The ebrake is connected by two or three 12mm bolts, and is held in place by a pin with another smaller pin, that i cant remember the word for. A pair of needlenose plyers will get it out- i used a flathead screwdriver because I was too lazy to find the plyers. There is a writeup on team integra if you dont understand my vague description, and it has pictures.

Get the helm or hayne book, so u'll see wat Sirfallsalot243 is talkin bout. TI-net is a way to go, but u need the book as ur reference.
