GSR Crower Cam Shafts... 23+ hp gain?

So i've been looking for some more hp while still going all-motor. Does anyone have any experience with these? Sounds like pretty decent horsepower.

63403's
Stage 3 - All-motor Drag race profile. Requires 84161 spring/retainer kit with modified ECU. VTEC controller recommended. (23+ hp w/other mods).

Sorry but I just couldn't help but noticed even that dyno has VTEC listed as BTECH!

Anyways... I hope you saw and read this also:

Its obviously tuned since the Intake cam was degreed to 0.5 retard and the VTEC x-over was moved to 6200rpm.

Tuning alone does wonders. Without the tuning part, expect to even lose HP in some cases since the 403's are way different than stocks.

ANY big cams are going to have to be tuned to work properly. That includes cam gears and possibly moving the VTEC engagement point.

My point exactly on why this scenario made HP gains.
