GSR gearbox limits

I was woundering how much shit and abuse the stock gearbox on a gsr could handle? lots of 4k or 5k rpm launches? how much torque or how many ponies? are there reasonably price upgrades available? are they worth it?

i heard that they can take a lot of abuse (gotta make sure you have a performance clutch tho)
I have heard of up to 500hp on a stock gear box with an ACT 4puck clutch

the pistons, rods, valvetrain, deck (sometimes the crank) is what you have to upgrade if you want to run serious hp

I have almost 300 hp, stock trans and a centerforce clutch

good to hear... But I've seen a couple video where guys with about 300 hp turning thier gear box into shrapnel launching hard.
